AXUM Healthcare Solutions Refunds and Cancellations Policy

At AXUM Healthcare Solutions, we are committed to providing exceptional training and support to individuals seeking to establish a home healthcare and/or non-emergency medical transportation business. We understand that enrolling in our 1-on-1 training program is an important decision for our clients, and we strive to ensure a clear and transparent process.


To maintain the integrity of our program and the allocation of our resources, we have established a Non-Refundable Refund and Cancellation Policy. This policy outlines the terms related to the deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds associated with our training program. It is designed to be fair and reasonable, ensuring that both our clients and our organization can plan effectively and minimize disruptions.


We encourage all prospective participants to read and understand this policy before enrolling in our 1-on-1 training program. Your enrollment in the program signifies your agreement and acceptance of these terms. Our goal is to provide clarity and transparency, allowing you to make informed decisions about your participation in our training.

  1. Non-Refundable Fee
  2. A fee of $1500.00 is required to secure your enrollment in the 1-on-1 training program.
  3. This fee is non-refundable and confirms your commitment to the program.
  4. Cancellation by Participant
  5. If you need to cancel your enrollment in the training program, please notify AXUM Healthcare Solutions in writing as soon as possible.
  6. No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
  7. Rescheduling
  8. Participants may reschedule their training session once, subject to availability.
  9. Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the start date cannot be accommodated.
  10. Cancellation by AXUM Healthcare Solutions
  11. In the unlikely event that AXUM Healthcare Solutions must cancel a scheduled training program, participants will be notified immediately and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for a later date.
  12. Force Majeure
  13. In cases of Force Majeure (unforeseeable circumstances preventing someone from fulfilling a contract), including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or severe health crises, alternative arrangements or rescheduling options will be provided without additional charges.
